We collect data only once a month. For example, at the beginning of July, we collect information about June.

If you can't answer all the question(s) easily, simply leave them blank and submit what you can. The most important are the first two questions (the total stay units available and occupied for the month) while the rest is good if you have them.
If you only have your occupancy rate or total stay units booked for the month, then the 'quick survey' version is an option for you:
We have a handy template that you can save on your computer or print out. This will allow you to record the key numbers each day and sum them up at the end of the month.
